Louise Loughran MakeUp & Brow Artist

Multi-award-winning artist and educator, Louise, has over 13 years of experience in the makeup industry.

After finishing a law degree and accounting post-grad, with careful consideration decided to follow her dream to work in the field of all things makeup! Her artistry has led her to travel extensively throughout continental Europe and the USA to partake in photoshoots, working with top models and photographers across the world.

Louise’s attention to hygiene & detail makes every single make-up application stunning and unique. Clients leave feeling beautiful, having been pampered and carefully treated. The approachable and friendly atmosphere is comforting and relaxing for clients of all races, ages and genders.

Offering a broad spectrum of services, including bridal, occasional, photographic, theatrical, catwalk, editorial, SFX, and film/tv makeup, Louise also specialises in many brow treatments.

In 2011 Louise opened Doll Face – House of MakeUp, an Aladdin’s cave for makeup professionals and enthusiasts alike. Doll Face has grown its product range to include the most coveted, niche, and cruelty-free cosmetic lines in the business today. Louise also operates an award-winning training academy from Doll Face, of which courses are Habia approved.

Theatrical
Louise has worked on several theatrical projects, including the Wizard of Oz, Pinocchio and Alice In Wonderland

Photographic
Having travelled globally for photoshoots Louise has vast experience in this area and many publications under her belt, most recently her work was displayed in a gallery in conjunction with Sperrins Photography for a project called ‘Nothing To Wear’

Catwalk
No stranger to the catwalk Louise has been the lead makeup artist on numerous fashion shows throughout Northern Ireland.

Teaching Louise is a qualified makeup assessor and has taught in both in a college and her own multi award-wining private course through Doll Face
